Senior Director – Business Process Administration & Reengineering
This position requires strategic leadership to oversee organization-wide business process improvements, reengineering initiatives, and governance frameworks aligned with long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading organization-wide Business Process Administration & Reengineering strategy.
- Aligning business processes with organizational goals, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Presenting insights, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps to senior management and leadership.
- Defining, implementing, and maintaining standardized business processes and operations.
- Developing and managing a Process Quality Assessment Index to evaluate business process maturity.
- Leading change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
- Collaborating with IT teams to drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Providing oversight for enterprise-level architecture, data, and applications.
- Leading analysis for key platforms (e.g., MMS, SDXP Portal) and benchmarking industry best practices.
- Identifying business process risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess one of the following degrees (HEC-recognized):
- MBA
- MIT
- MSc
- BS (16 years of education)
(Relevant fields include Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or Project Management.)
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in advertising, public sector, private sector, or international organizations
